Term & Conditions
- The booking conditions in comparison must be identical to those on our website, including but not limited to conditions of advance payment and/or deposit, and change of reservation.
- Rates in comparison must be for the same room, same number of occupants, same check-in/ check-out dates.
- Rates and terms must be publicly viewable and bookable online.
- Rates must be final and must include taxes, fees, environmental charges, and others.
- Rates provided in different currencies than the local currency (Euro) will have to be converted to the local currencies for consideration at the date we are reviewing your claim.
- The best rate guaranteed does not apply for (i) rates found on websites where a package including flight/rental car, etc…are included. (ii) rates which are not immediately publicly available.
